All Neopets are cute and kind, some are bad and they are known in Gallery of Evil, the moon called Kreludor was inhabited by Grundos before getting kidnapped by Dr. Frank Sloth.
After Dr. Frank Sloth was defeated, his spatial station becomes an arcade game room.
