Jannah (Arabic: جَنّة, romanized: "Janna", pl. جَنّٰت jannāt,lit. "paradise", "garden") is the Islamic version of Heaven, as such it differs from the depictions of the exhilarating firmament seen in Christianity. This overworld is known as "The Garden" and "Paradise". Jahnnah was also mentioned in the Quran as the very opposite of Jahannam which is the Islamic version of Hell.

- The term ‘Jannah’ is derived from an olg Arabic word meaning "hidden", "cover"/"covered", or "concealed", as Jannah is a place which is hidden from sight and covered by trees and plants. Jannah is often translated to mean ‘Green Garden’. Jannah or Paradise is understood to be located in the region of the Seventh Heaven. The English word ‘Heaven’ refers to the realm of seven Heavens/Skies that hover above the Earth.
