The Baby Corp is an organization from the movie, The Boss Baby. It is the place that all the babies in the world came from (in the movie). After being covered with baby powder, given a pacifier and a gender, etc., the baby is put through the sorting machine which then tickles the baby. If the baby is successively tickled and laughs (if the machine finds his/her tickle spot), he or she will be sent to a loving family (thus "being born").
If not accomplished, the baby will be sent to the "management" section and trained to become a worker of the organization. The babies in the management section are also given a special formula that prevents them from aging while allowing them to preserve and continue to improve their intellect. Like a normal company, each baby can rise in rank after completing missions assigned to them, with the highest rank being Super Colossal Big Fat Boss Baby.
It is possible for a baby to resign from the organization and choose to be sorted into the family section, provided that he or she retakes the sorting process and knows the place where he/she can be tickled (his/her tickle spot).

Baby Corp is responsible for the creation of all babies and their primary goal is to make sure that babies are the most loved creatures on earth.
Baby Corp possesses a giant, self-editing pie chart that shows how all the love in the world is divided up. The sections of the pie chart grow and shrink in real time in accordance with the distribution of love on earth.
All the babies who come from Baby Corp initially remember it, but lose those memories when their pacifier is taken away.

Baby Corp is run entirely by babies with the mentality of adults. The employees of Baby Corp drink a special milk that prevents them from growing older, making it so they stay babies forever.
All babies are tested before being sent down to earth. They are tickled on their belly; if the baby laughs, then they are sent down to earth to become part of a family. If the baby does not laugh, then they are sent to become an employee of Baby Corp.
If a worker baby is retiring, they will get a milk and cookie leaving party to celebrate their retirement and will be sent down to a new family to be a normal baby. If a baby is ''fired'' they are sent sliding down to a chimney for adoption, but they must ''gooduate'' and become good babies.
Fired Execs will be given a 6 month supply of formula, a monitor, and a description of their original job.
